Blood and Bounty is here!

Finally after 2 years of writing and 6 month hiatus, the 2nd book in the Dragon Realms Saga is here.

This book takes place 2 years after the events of Vendetta’s Rise. Lost Dawns is going through threats of revolutions, ARO is dealing with an organization that wants to dismantle the city, Dead of Winter is unfolding their master plan, and Avalon joins a figure from her past to hunt down her former deadliest enemy.

Where Vendetta’s Rise was an origin style story, Blood and Bounty is more of a story that follows arcs that are continuing down a progression route. Every ante has been upped, more creative stories and fight scenes. Everything you wanted to see from these characters, I tried to put in.

I decided that Elucard was the central character of Vendetta’s Rise and should be a central part or a focal character in the other 4 too, while still focusing a shared story of other characters

I took a 6 month hiatus on the 2nd year of writing this book because I despised the direction that the story was going down. i hated everything thing I wrote for the story and realized that If I were to fix it, the entire book would need to be rewritten, so I gave up writing it for a time to get some work started on the 3rd book and to write a short story. I came back refreshed and ready to tackle the problems with Blood and Bounty, and so that’s what I did.

Over all i feel like Blood and Bounty is a stronger written book than the first and the perfect sequel.
